What this site does

This site is intended to provide information about available space and to allow you to send enquiries. It does not by itself create a legally binding agreement for occupation or use of any particular space.

Any agreement for use of space will be made directly between you and the relevant space holder or building owner, on terms that you agree with them. We are not a party to those agreements unless this is clearly stated in writing.

Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to act on behalf of any organisation you name.

We will usually share your enquiry with the relevant space holder or building owner so that they can respond. We do not guarantee that any particular space will be available or that an agreement will be reached.

The content on this site is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, property or financial advice and should not be relied upon as such. You should obtain professional advice that is specific to your situation before entering into any agreement.
