OfficeO exists to bring life back into quiet commercial buildings by pairing underused space with small organisations that need somewhere practical to work.

OfficeO is a trading name of Registered Address Ltd, a UK company trading since 2009. The company provides registered office and business address services to thousands of companies across the country. That experience has shaped how we view the industry and plan to improve how this part of the market works for small organisations.

We are not a traditional estate agent. OfficeO focuses on simple matches and flexible arrangements that reflect how small teams, charities and projects actually operate.

The aim is straightforward: fewer empty rooms and more useful activity. That might mean a start up taking its first proper desks or a charity securing a quiet room for its team and service users.

Registered Address Ltd has supported a broad customer base for more than a decade, including start ups, sole directors, growing companies and charities. OfficeO builds on that foundation by giving space holders an easy way to list underused rooms and giving smaller organisations a realistic place to work.

Over time we plan to grow a network of spaces in different towns and cities so that when a small organisation needs a base, there is at least one practical option nearby.
